3. Sticker Downloads & Personal Use License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, PromptGallery grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use transparent PNG stickers for personal messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Instagram) and non-commercial social media posts.
- Allowed: Sharing stickers in personal messaging chats, social media fan posts, and personal digital artwork.
- Not Allowed: Reselling, commercial licensing, bundling stickers into paid applications, or selling merchandise featuring website stickers without express written authorization.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to mass-download content from PromptGallery.
- Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, disrupt site performance, or reverse-engineer website code.
- Submitting offensive, defamatory, abusive, explicit, or illegal custom sticker requests.
- Uploading copyrighted reference images or trademarked material that you do not have permission to use.
5. Content Ownership & Trademarks Disclaimer
Fan Content Ownership: Sticker artwork made available on PromptGallery is created, edited, or curated solely for entertainment, community appreciation, and fan creation purposes.
Trademark & Game Character Rights: All character names (such as Kelly, Hayato, Moco, Alok, Chrono, Skyler), logos, registered trademarks, and original game elements are the intellectual property of their respective owners, including Garena and Free Fire.

6. Custom Sticker Requests Policy
PromptGallery allows users to submit requests for custom name stickers and personalized character emojis. Please note:
- Submission of a request does NOT guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Request queue times depend on designer availability.
- We reserve the absolute right to reject any request that is offensive, hate-speech related, explicit, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
- Completed custom stickers may be uploaded publicly to our sticker gallery for community benefit unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Uploaded Reference Images
When submitting a custom sticker request, you may upload a reference image. You represent and warrant that:
- You own the reference image or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to upload it.
- You are solely responsible for any content or reference files you upload to our servers.
- PromptGallery assumes no liability for user-uploaded reference images and reserves the right to delete reference files at any time.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
"As-Is" Service: PromptGallery and all sticker assets are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
